Adult Class Schedule

Mondays and Wednesdays:

  • BJJ Classes – 6:00 to 7:00 pm BJJ Gi classes held each day and no-Gi held at 5:00 – 6:00pm Mixed Martial Arts 7-8

  • JKD Concepts – Tuesdays a 6:30 to 7:30 pm

  • Filipino Martial Arts – Thursday at 6:00 pm and Saturday at 9:00 am Kali in the Park


Thank you for reaching out to my school. I run a small class in my garage studio, carefully selecting each student myself. The main objective of the school is to impart self-defense skills through Martial Arts, while also focusing on fitness, enjoyment, and cross-training. No prior experience is necessary, and the workouts are designed to be self-paced, allowing you to progress comfortably.

Classes in BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) are conducted twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

While my class is typically full, spots become available throughout the month. Additionally, I also teach the Filipino Art of Kali at Dick Nichols Park every Saturday morning and Thursday evening at 6:00 pm. Embrace the joy of outdoor training in this class, suitable for both beginners and advanced students. It covers coordination, cross-training, conditioning, and self-defense.
